Thanks. I'm really enjoying my pregnancy. Its funny because Monday (6/9/08) will be our 1 year wedding anniversary. And instead of going on our honeymoon, we are going on a babymoon. We're traveling to all sorts of different places within the area, but I don't think I can go to a water park because of the rides. Does anyone know if its ok to get on some water slides at the water park? Or am I restricted to the lazy river?

I would give your doctor a call. I'm not sure.

I would stay away from waterslides- they probably have a sign saying whether or not its safe for pregnant women, like they do at the roller coasters at amusement parks.

I totally get the baby envy thing, but at least you are pregnant- granted not really very far along yet, but still. Hubby and I are ready for a baby, but we need to be more financially stable first- Im so ready though. it sucks.

I had/have a special relationship with the baby that was the youngest that I spent time around before having my baby. He was always the sweetest to me...until I had my own little girl! And I knew when I felt baby envy that I was ready for my own.
